Refund Policy

Can I Return My Order?

Yes. wants all our customers to be happy. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.

    Dress product(whether standard size or custom size) can not be returned due to size and color differences. But customers have the right to claim some compensations accordingly with 30% refund at most.
    For damaged product, please provide some pictures to show the details within 3 days after receiving it. 100% refund will be given after we confirm it and receive return package.
    For unsatisfactory dress product, you can choose to:
        Return it and get 50% refund on each item.

Custom dresses are made specifically for you, and no one else can wear it once it's done. So 50% refund at most can be provided for dissatisfaction on custom orders (with design changes, fabric changes or custom sizes).

* The refund doesn't include shipping fee, rush order fee and photo confirmation fee.

How to Return?

We accept merchandise returns via mail only. Returned merchandise must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.

    Contact us within 7 days from the date your order was signed. (You should contact us in 3 days if the product was damaged)
    We confirm it and send you the return shipping address.
    Send us the online tracking number within 7 days from the date you get our shipping address.
    We process the refund in 7 days after receiving the parcel.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that our customers sometimes need the flexibility to cancel orders for a variety of reasons. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 48 hours after payment will be eligible for a 70% refund.
Orders canceled within 72 hours after payment will be eligible for a 50% refund.
72 hours after payment, the order can NOT be canceled. We can only refund the shipping cost.
How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?

Orders will be automatically cancelled without payment within 7 days.
